Title: IconInstall problem with script options
Post by: rja4096 on July 22, 2007, 08:51:06 PM
Hi, I've installed a number of games using WHDLoad, orgainsed alphabetically into folders. What I want is so that when I double click on all the 'A's for example I get a colourful game icon for each game starting with A. At the moment I get a list of drawers and then inside here is the colourful icon.

I could use 'leave out' on all the icons but that would quickly clitter the workbench screen.

AI'm not sure if its possible to do shortcuts in Workbench, so the solution I'm trying is to use IconInstall to change the drawer picture to the colourful game icon, I'd still have to go into the draw and click an identical looking icon again - but would be happy with that.

So, problem is that I've managed to get IconInstall to copy just the image, by using the drag and drop method. But what I want to do is to do this using a script (as there are loads of games), but I'm not sure how in the script to set 'copy source newicon' which I have to set for the graphical method - or else the new icon is just a small square.

Please let me know if this is possible, thanks, Rick (UK)
