Maybe Hyperion is confident of winning or maybe they are just reassuring their existing AmigaOne customers that development of AmigaOS 4.0 is continuing, just as some of the betatesters have said all along.
In any case, the announcement is on their website, I have downloaded and installed the update and I am very happy with the results.
IMHO, Hyperion and the OS4 team have delivered on their promise once again.
BTW, Final Writer 97 is working again, and that is also a very exciting reality for me.

Dont get me wrong, I think its gr8 that OS4 still being devolped and ported to other hardware, hopefully Mac.

Yet they are only licensed to do so on platforms approved by AI. This may back fire on Hyperion, AI could ask for another review for emergency injuction against Hyperion since they are obviously attempting to go far beyond their contracts defined limits.
