I am sure many of you are familiar with this site.  However, no one pointed me to it and I am sure it would be useful to others.

That pointer is specifically to the IV24, but many other pieces of hardware are covered.  In this case, I found not only dms of the install files, but of Caligari as well that shipped with it.

Now if I could just find a manual...

Yeah, great site!

I wonder, how many amiga sites with valuable content like this are really backed up?? What if one day it just dissapears as it happened to BTTR and we lose such valuable information along with its manuals, driver disks, photos, etc? It would be good if there was a good enough tool on the amiga to grab all this site's content for offline browsing/backup... just in case...

Fully agree.  What we are REALLY hurting for is manuals.  Of course, install disks are essential, but these are usually easier to find than manuals.

While I've not unzipped it, I am pretty sure I have located a Lightwave 3.0 manual in my Amiga archives.

Re saving a entire website...
www.ianstedman.co.uk (I Think thats right) is a excellent site. So good that I spent half a day saving a good proportion of his site to HDD.
The number of times i've thought "Ooh, thats a good site" and saved it to favourites ... Just to find in a years time its gone. Grrr. And links tend to break, too (One site that went recently - I think - Was the Deluxe Galaga website).
These days I just save anything that takes my fancy - HDD Space is cheap.

The big problem with saving entire websites is where does the program stop? It could save everything below a given level, but suppose a image or download is linked to a external site (A real pain when you save a web page just to find a essential download on a linked web page is no longer present).

Hey, can a administrator advise me wether old Pmails ever drop off of the inbox list?
