Anyone heard any news about the lawsuits between Amiga Inc and Hyperion?
Or any other news?

I wouldn't be too suprised if this went on for couple of years.  I'm sure the losing side will appeal it.

Assuming the losing side still has money left for lawyer fees after first round...

There is an update (http://moobunny.dreamhosters.com/cgi/mbmessage.pl/amiga/149042.shtml).       I think Ben should have spent the money and got a US lawyer instead of going the cheap route and getting a US lawyer to be his legal proxy.  His lack of knowledge of US laws and proceedures are showing.
