Title: New Speedball 2

Whilst not strictly Amiga related, many will remember the good old days.  Looks fairly true to the original:

Notice the last soundbyte on the clip?  I was waiting for it for the whole thing and was almost disappointed.

Now, if only I could figure out what platform(s) it's on...

It looks a bit boring to me. But maybe it's more fun to play than it is to watch.

What the?  The web site looks a hundred times cooler than the actual gameplay footage.  The ball also appears to be made of Nerf covered in tar.

Fascinating.   I'm not sure how well a sports game that ISN'T based on a real league would sell, nowadays.  It'll be interesting to see, I suppose.  :-)  It might re-open the genre...  Or make sure it's coffin is sealed for another 5-10 years until it comes back in fashion.  :lol:

Hehe.. Nice of them to put the little icecreamman in there. Im holding my breath for the XBox360 arcade version though.


By the way.. This post is written on my Amiga1200.. I've finally gotten it online! Sorry.. I just had to let you know! I'm happy!
