Hi Folks!
Recently, I read in somewhere that it´s easy to connect PC Floppys to Amiga, you only need to change one "ping" D0 or D1, I don´t remember ...
Please, can someone that know that method help me or tell me where to find that doc?????
Thanks!!!

For use PC floppy disks on your Amiga, you have to configure the tool CrossDOS, included in your AmigaOS.
It's better if you do this if your AMIGA have an HDD, but you can do also without it, using a floppy disk with AmigaOS.
Please specific your AMIGA configuration here, and i can help you more.

Thank you!
I have A1200T using Catweasel + Kywalda!, I already know what you mean!
What I want to do is to connect Standar PC floppy to my other Amigas to use it as Amiga FDD, at least it can read amiga dos disk
I know about some people that connect PC FDD to Amiga simply chaging one pin (D0 I think), and read about this trick somewhere
So I want to know everything about "that trick".
Thanks !!!!

What you need is a PC DD disk drive - these are not easy to find! HD drives are all over the place of course, but they won't work, I don't think - definitely not HD disks but they might work with DD. Wouldn't count on it though.
If you can find a DD disk drive, though, you need to change the unit number jumper. All PC drives are jumpered by default to unit 1, which is why there's a twist in PC floppy cables - it means the drive on the end (after the twist) becomes unit 0. To use the drive on an Amiga you need to either use a cable with a twist in it, or rejumper it to unit 0 instead of unit 1 (not all drives have this! Some are hardwired!). Alternatively keep it as DF1:.
That's the trick you're thinking of, anyway. Maybe someone else can be a bit more definite though!

Yup. That's what you need to modify a HD drive. DD drives are a lot less hassle, from what I recall. The Drive Ready line is usually missing on them.

Look for the two floppy information scanned pages.
