I need 4 X 1MB SIMMs 30 pin Nibble Mode, anyone know where to buy any?

what is special about them? how can one say if they are "nibble" ? I have some sticks but they are normal?

As in slower than page mode... would you have some part no. for the chips on them?
Aren't page mode chips also compatible with nibble mode ?

Total guess here but its probably that they allow 4bit access.
As for finding some, dunno sorry, could it be that normal simms are compatiable though cause I know the 72pin simms can be broken up into 8/16 or 32 bits and thats controlled by what CAS/RAS lines are asserted.

I have a GVP A3001 board for my A2000 that needs these to work, Regular ones do not work.

Hahahaha I finally found a set of four 1MB Nibble Mode SIMMs for my GVP A3001 board, and guess what? They are ATARI SIMMS! Made for the TT030 computer. Now I have 8MB on my A3001 card!
Got them from B&C Computervisions if anyone needs some.
