Title: A1200 OS 3.9 on A3000 and rom upgrade

I recently acquired an A3000.  It appears to have WB3.0 or 3.1.  If I had 3.1 roms for it, can I install my WB3.5 or 3.9 from my A1200?

I'm aware that the 3.1 roms will upgrade even a 3.0 WB.  I seem to recall that at least 3.5 could be used on non-aga Amigas.  It ignores the aga stuff or something.  Anyone know for sure?

OS is independant of machine.

Only requirements are KS3.1, 020+ CPU, hard drive and enough RAM.

It will work.

I've have installed OS3.9 on an Amiga 2500. Also, Amithlon, which does not support AGA (or any custom chips) installs with OS3.9.
