Hi all.
I'm a loyal visitor to several European demoparties.
Now i want to start up a demogroup for several systems, including the Amiga.
Anyone that lives in Europe, and would like to join this group?
Actually, everyone is welcome, but it depends how far you are willing to drive to go to demoparties.
Thank you in advance,
Steve.

Sorry I can't be of any use but it'd cool to have a new Amiga demogroup. There was an Amiga artist look for games programmers on Aw.net a few weeks ago.
Good luck in getting things together.

I'm not a tracker but I am a musician. I write electro in Reason. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help :-)

BTW I've also got a storyboard in mind for one of my electro tracks which I think could make a great demo.

Ditto. I write funk/breakbeat/drum and bass and the odd house number.
I am a coder but my Amiga coding skills are, well, er, not really skills. :lol:

We need some sort of softsynth for OS4/MOS. Heck 68K too, though I expect it will have to be "render to disk" ;-)

I have been meaning to get round to trying out HivelyTracker. Though I imagine I would find it too limited after using Reason for so long and would give up on it.

I would love to help, but I live in the US. That'd be cool another Amiga demo team. Keep us posted and if there is anything like animations that us overseas can contribute and transfer the files via Email or such im sure that plenty of us would love to do it.

Hi, i'm interested on demoscene, some years ago i played a bit with assembler, but i used other languages for my programs, now i'm learning assembler again, and i made some small effects, you can check them on ADA forums, i'm a newbie, but i want to make an intro or demo, i want to make an intro for euskal encounter, but my main problem is that i'm alone with this project, graphics, music and code.

@balrogsoft: have you searched for people doing graphics and music? Maybe you should put an ad on various site (like the ADA forums)? Honestly, learning assembler while doing graphics and music seems suicide to me :o)
Mind you, there are actually people who do music, graphics and code (ham, doom and loaderror for example), but even then, they rarely do it all in one production (ham does though).

I know that it's a very hard task, i tried to find people on my country, but most people don't have time or interest, except Ham, but my personal experience with Ham wasn't very good.

@Everyone
Thank you for all your replies!
Now it would be nice, if you guys could PM me where you live. Also, everyone from the US is welcome too, offcourse, but it really depends on wether you want to make the trip to European demoparties.
Oh, i also forgot to mention that i can do GFX, and a bit of music.
You don't necesarilly have to be able to track music. We'll do demo's for PC and Mac too.

@balrogsoft
as a coder you are much better than me and you know more than me, I'm crap with gfx and I haven't even bothered with sound. I lack time, skills and my skizoid mood changes easily from euphory to total sadness so I'm not good to work with. On the other hand I'm good for drunken-party-coding/pixel-crap so I could help you at the Euskal Party ;-)

PM sent :-)
