For once, the "very and extreme rare" part is actually true, unlike most other eBay listings.
Is it worth it? Yes, to some people, that's how it is concerning price tags of Amiga equipment.

It's rubbish. Can only do 8Meg RAM, screws up PCMCIA port.

I wouldn't because I feel the 600 was a wasted effort as it was. It is extremely rare though and the board is ok, but the price tag is well very pricey. I would just pick up a used 1200 and an expansion card for it for just a little more dough :)

It depends if you really need the form factor.
