I've decided to cancel my Eve Online subscription because I don't play often enough for it to be worth paying for, even though I love the game. Can anybody recommend a web-based one which is similar to Eve? I want it to be web-based so I can just "dip" in to when I'm at work or away or sitting on the sofa with my laptop? I tried Space Odyssey (www.spaceo.net) but I found it a bit boring, and I've been spoiled by the combat in Eve :-)

Well I can't find anything which comes close to Eve. They either lack skill training, a decent combat engine, or missions (or some other important aspect). Eve has everything, so I'm reinstalling Boot Camp on my MacBook and I'll go back to Eve. I'm still open to suggestions for alternatives though.
