Don't think I have the maprom feature enabled.
I have no idea where to look.
Can anyone give me a hint.

There will be a jumper on the card. You either open or close it (can't remember which). Try both states to see what happens.

Yes mate, i`m on to that.
Problem is my eyesight isn't the best.
Was hoping for a pointer
Top left hand corner of the front, that type of thing.

Have a look here (http://www.amiga-hardware.com/showhardware.cgi?HARDID=115) and there are some hires pictures of the DCE and Phase5 cards. You can clearly see the jumper on there.

There a jumper that should be open IIRC. To be sure check the manual HERE (http://amiga.resource.cx)

The manual shows where the jumper is.
