Title: Almost newlike A1200 motherboard on eBay
Post by: Jose on May 09, 2007, 06:57:10 PM
HERE (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=220111227074&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=012)

You can post any Amiga guru specific questions here also, if you want to.
I'd provide much more higher res pic but ebay requires payment for that.
I'm off for the rest of the week, will check out this thread next next.

Good luck on the auction. I just wanted to say that there isn't anything rare about the motherboard you are selling. Even the motherboards on BBoAH and AHD shows the rev 2B motherboard with the same connector.

Jose, just a couple of things i dont get at all:

The motherboard has 1 or 2 joy ports? Because i cant get that info in the picture you provide on the auction

You say something about second port coming in a "separate" cable. So, how can i assemble this mother to an Amiga 1200 case?  Is it physically the same size as any A1200 motherboard or does it require special arrangements to the case?

How much would cost shipping to Argentina?

I guess its a PAL motherboard, right?

Obrigado & Abraços!

Sebastian

@all

Added super size pic and revised the item according to your comments

@Gavilan

"The motherboard has 1 or 2 joy ports? Because i cant get that info in the picture you provide on the auction"
1 port on motherboard, 1 connector for extra second port (the mouse one). Connector is provided.

"You say something about second port coming in a "separate" cable. So, how can i assemble this mother to an Amiga 1200 case? Is it physically the same size as any A1200 motherboard or does it require special arrangements to the case?"

It fits any A1200 case. Motherboard is actually smaller to the right side (wich is nice since it allows more space)

"How much would cost shipping to Argentina?"
Depends on wich service (tracking/insurance) you want.
Check THIS (http://www.ctt.pt/CTTsite/ctt_lista_precos.jsp?local_id=464&segmento_id=1&idioma_id=1&itemmenu=45) page for prices (don't select encomenda internacional as that's intented for bigger packages and it's more expensive.

It's around 23 Euro for registered priority mail, 13 for normall priority. Priority is only available for registered.

"I guess its a PAL motherboard, right?"
Yes

Cheers
