are these still available anywhere? or is it a case of keep checking ebay? id love to have one for my 500 which im looking to upgrade...

If yu have the skills, there is a hack on Aminet to build yourself a IDE controller.

There is the fella: IDE500 (http://aminet.net/hard/hack/a500ide.lha) :-D

yeah i saw that but unfortunatly it doesnt autoboot
