Hello,
I know that the cat weasel has the ability to write/read many formats. But also they got many versions of the catweasel which im unsure on which version to get if I consider buying one. I know one version has the socket for a SID, which im not too worried for that feature.
As of now, I got the XM/XE1541 cable to link up the commodore drive directly to my PC and I got an Apple //gs which I made the serial cable and bought Syndicomm's 3 1/4 diskette to do xmodem transfers and decompress the images on the //gs to real disks... I just figured with a catweasel the job would be a breeze.
anybody here have one here they use on occasion?
Thanks again!

For PC use there is only one Catweasel available and compatible, Catweasel MK4 PCI:

It can take SID chips as well as writing in a multitude of disk formats.

How much is that in USD? :) Possibly might be interested when I get back to College next year to order one through you. I am in the USA< but oh well if it takes awhile to send here. :-)

I got it, said around 132USD heheheh. Google does everything, I just typed in '£65.99 to USD'
and bring up in big letters the currency.
