Title: Whats new with OS4?

Been in Basic and AIT (Advanced Individual Training) for the Army since January and left with the news the OS4 was in final.  Been trying to find info but Surfing the Internet is very very hard and slow on my Cell phone  :lol:

So, any new news on it's distriution? especially for hardware like the Shark or PPC equiped Amigas?

OS4 is in limbo. Amiga Inc has sued  (http://www.amiga.org/forums/showthread.php?t=46960) Hyperion VOF for trademark infringement and various other things. I can't see OS4 being distributed before this case has been resolved.

The latest news is that Amiga INC is now suing Hyperion"the OS4 dev team" for not giving Amiga INC the source code and for breaking the trademark.. So i personally would not hold my breakt :-(
