How can I change my .lha files to adf's so that I can
use them in my Emulated Amiga ? ... Anyone ?

Mount a local directory on your Mac as a hard drive in UAE, copy (or extract) the LHA to that directory, and you're good to go.

I have a Hardrive there formated for the Amiga, but when I put the .Lha's files
in there and want to run them it says something like
"Has no Default Tool"
Any ideas ?

Yeah, you need to uncompress the archive first. LHA is much like ZIP, it's one or more files packed together. Start a newcli and navigate to the directory where the archive is. Uncompress it:
lha x name-of-archive.lha
It should then uncompress to the current directory. If you don't have LHA installed, get it here (http://aminet.net/package/util/arc/lha).

The same thing happens. It says "The ICon has no default tool" ...
