Blizzard 1230 accelerator with 32 meg Simm
Squirrel SCSI 32x cdrom drive
Goliath PSU
One Spare A1200 Keyboard (never used)
2 External floppy drives
3 Spare Internal floppy drives (2 never used)
Internal hard drive (2.5")
One spare SCSI CDROm Drive (4x)

just interested cos i don't often use it and everything is in pristine condition

You should be able to get £100... perhaps a bit more if you split it and use Ebay...

£100 really? that is sad

the goliath cost me near that when i first bought it...as for the blizzard, that was near another 100 bucks plus i remember how dear the Squirrel cdrom with the interface was when i bought it from Power Computing over a decade a go

as for Ebay...wouldn't touch it with a bargepole ;-)

Ah, but we now have all these super brand new Amiga machines that we can just rush down to the shops and buy today....

And, if you wanted to part with your kit, and it's in such good order as you say (not doubting your word, here) then I'd like to be the first to stick my jammy little mitt in the air. I think £100 or so would be a bargain. If you want more, then maybe I haven't got enough spare cash right now...

Edit: some of my kit is old and dirty and I'd like to replace it with clean stuff and bin the junk.

Well you could hold on to it... What you have is of little computing use, but does have nostalgic value... Electronic equipment has a limited life span... as it dies, your "unused" equipment will gain value.

A decade is a very long time in computer terms...

you could get a very good price from there though, as it has the largest audience.

This auction  (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Superb-Amiga-1200-setup_W0QQitemZ220109559585QQihZ012QQcategoryZ4193QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) appears to be near-identical to your setup (plus a 1940 monitor)....

that guy is asking for 300 quid - it'll be interesting to see if that sells

Yes i realise that its old technology now,i have no plans to sell it...was just curious on how much it was worth.

I'll pass it onto my son maybe when he's a bit older...i still  play a few games on it from time to time and browse through my complete collection of Aminet,Amiga Format and CUCD's on the occasional Sunday

progress lol,one of my fave games was Cannon Fodder and i can now play it on my Sony Ericsson mobile

thanks for the replies
