I don't what changed in the system but this is what I did,
1) I gave a full 8 hours rest for the PPC, maybe it was just dead tired ...? :-o
2) I disassembled the system, cleaned the PPC connector, praised the name of Amiga 7 times, assembled
the system again, connected the HD and all the RAMs.
3) Switched the system on, nothing happens! --> softboot --> screenflash --> 10sec wait(with both
tumbs up)--> WORKBENCH!!!
4) For the next I got sysinfo: 68040 and 96mb RAM, looking freaking good. Then I launched the
JesusOnEs, worked nicely, until a green screen of death, "Oh, I forgot the libraries and PowerUp
software!"
So it seems to WORK !!! I don't know what I did,coz I did all these thing already previously (including
softbooting). Hopefully the PPC works also, haven't got time to install the libraries and Powee soft
yet.
BTW.
The PSU is only 145W (and silent), is it enough for a full system?
The PPC is "Phase 5 603e 040/PPC200"
And thankx for the help!
:-) :-) :-)
