I am selling my spare 512MB DIMM that I bought from eyetech with my earlybird A1.

Spec: Kingston Value Ram - 512MB LowProfile PC133 Reg ECC DIMM CL3.

emm...surely you can buy new ram for pretty much exactly the same price as your buy it now with postage...

Quite possibly, but it's currently at 99p so you could grab yourself a bargain.
