anyone know of any players for the 3gp format found on mobiles ?
XP, Linux, hell even Amiga if you can find it!

I think VLC plays it

VLC does indeed play 3gp, however, sometimes the audio is missing.

I believe you can also download nokia PC suite from their website and that'll let you play 3gps amongst other things.

I did do the google thing meself, but since this is the kids' peecee (forgive me for I have sinned !) I'd kinda like to know about stuff that people have actually downloaded and used, so I can trust it.

get mpc (aka: media player classic)

it's on sourceforge afaik.

Quicktime plays them fine!
