An another interesting point
Was is AmigaOne ?
Page 9 : line 25-27....

The MicroA1 and SE/XE are motherboard. They are not the AmigaOne, and any computer built with these motherboards would not be an AmigaOne.

Seems if the motherboards are not Amigaone than Amiga could be sued for fraud as stated earlier by Methuselas, or Bill himself since his name is on the statement from above link.
If this makes it clear these motherboards are Amiga it would apear Bills statement in the lawsuit are bogus.
Screwed either way.

Yes but he said that when he infact was a different person with the same name working for a totally different company, so everything is fine with the world  :lol:

I am saying if the shell game prevents suing amiga couldn't bill be sued, its his name on everything?
