With the diminishing of quality on the small screen... the good bits stand out even more! So then fellow Amiga.Orgers, what would you rate as your favourite shows?
For me:
1 - BRASS EYE!!
2 - The Apprentice (UK)
3 - South Park
4 - Have I got News for You (the older ones with Angus were the best)
5 - Red Dwarf
-
No particular order:
Brasseye
Black Adder
CSI
Red Dwarf
PeepShow
-
BrassEye
The League of Gentlemen
The Mary Whitehouse Experience
Blackadder
Red Dwarf
The Mark Thomas Project
Alan Partridge
-
The only programmes I make a point of watching are Battlestar Galactica and Dr Who :-)

1 - 30 Minuten (a couple of 'documentaries' made by Arjan Ederveen)
2 - Jiskefet (wich means 'trash bin', wich says it all)
3 - Royle Family
4 - League of Gentlemen
5 - Little Britain
-
I'm not a TV watcher at all, but I do like an occasional episode of a good tv serie.
- Jiskefet (just like Speelgoedmannetje), basically 3 guys in absurdist sketches on just about anything
- Star Trek, preferably TNG
- Older English series like You rang, M'lord?, It ain't half hot mum, Allo Allo or Are you being served?
- BBC "costume" mini series (do these count?) like Martin Chuzzlewit, Our Mutual Friend or the Bleak House
- Monty Python's Flying Circus
-
ST:TNG
Southpark
The Simpsons
Ray Mears' programmes
David Attenborough docus
'I shouldn't be alive' on Discovery
Gilmore Girls
British comedy is usually also very funny.
I tried getting into the new Battlestar Galactica but that sucks donkey balls. Cylons are tin cans ffs, not some replicant thingy! Also the shakycam-style of filming makes me seasick. The series is an abomination.
Current favourite: Robot Chicken

Dr Who
Lost
Top Gear
Gamer.TV
That's about it for currently on any channel at the moment, other that I watch though are Red Dwarf, American Gothic and Twin Peaks.
Apart from Dr Who and Lost the tv's been truly bollocks.

dr who
jericho
battlestar galactica
star trek (any)
babylon 5
anime (lots and lots of anime)
there are others but these are my main diet of tv(which i rarely watch)
-
Oh I forgot Peep Show.

Ah, when I was a boy/teenager I enjoyed watching that. But now, no. It has no inspiration.
Gilmore Girls
 Not that I know what it is, but I guess it's not the storyline wich intrigues you. (I also watched the video clip of Dragosteia din tei with sound turned off  )
Btw. did you know Radio Bergeijk has a telly programme nowadays? :-)
-
For the time being, just "LOST" 8-)
-
I'm not a TV addict but if I could get the Sky remote away from the wife and kids I would probably watch these:-
Smallville (mainly to see the lovely actress Kristin Kruek who plays Lana )
Dr Who (but I haven't really taken to a doctor since Tom Baker)
Lost In Space (I like the robot... "Danger! Danger!")
Star Trek (Kirk rules but Star Trek TNG and Voyager were great)
Stargate SG1
The Simpsons
Top Gear
Red Dwarf
Bottom
Alias Smith & Jones (yeah the cowboys)
Friends
Desperate Amigans Wives
What the hell has happened to the channel Men & Motors? It used be all about... well... erm... women :-D
A4000 Mad

Well, er....actually it *is* the story, it's not all that interesting in the way you hint at (not that main actors are bad looking..). It's a soap =).

Don't have a clue what that is...should I?

Hum,
Pitch black is on Channel 4 now...
