A lady where I work has advertised on our internal bulletin board for old software titles for Amiga, C64 etc.
I have a load of boxed games with manuals in VERY good condition i.e. if the disks came in a plastic bag inside the box, the plastic bag is still there. How much do you think I should ask for things like the following: (this is just a selection - I can't remember all of them, so would need to go up in the loft (attic)).
big box software:
Frontier: Elite 2
Microprose F1 GP
Bills Tomato Game
Return to Alcatraz
Guy Spy & Crystals of Armageddon
AV8B Harrier Assault
War in The Gulf
No Second Prize
Alien Bree: Tower Assault
Budget:
Head over Heels
Combo Racer
Shoot Em Up Construction Kit
Batman (the movie)
The last time I used any of them (I .adf'd them as backups as some were getting to 15 years old) the disks all read OK - about 2 years ago.
When I see games on ebay, they are usually just about £1 each. Is that really the going rate?

I am afraid so. The abundance of games for sale, and the easy availability of .adf's on the web is part of the reason.
Some rarer titles go for alot more though. Check http://hol.abime.net/ they have a star rating for rarity. No stars = not at all rare....
I say that if you dont desperately need the cash or space then keep them.

The real popular and rare games that are in real good condition with the boxes and docs usuallt go for about $15.00 / $20.00 here in the US....
