WAY ahead. I remember reading about this in a dutch Amiga magazine and I totally wanted one. Too bad I didn't have any money at all back then :-(

MacOSX for preschoolers in comparison to BeOS.
I hate it, as it really restricts me.

Well, first it was to be Mac OS 10, then that fell through so it was supposed to be Amiga OS 4, then that fell though so it became dead :-)

Ha you beat me to the punch... it was going to be the next gen amiga OS! This was back in 1997/98 if I remember correctly...
would not have been the worst thing to happen.... well better than what happend anyway!

Even before that. The first ones came out in late 1995. AFAIK it was (one of) the first "home" computers running dual processors. I remember seeing one on a show somewhere in 1996, it was really cool how those little LED towers showed the CPU usage. :-)
