Title: Dev CD, StormC 4 & WinUAE
Post by: Desolator on June 16, 2003, 10:29:42 AM
Could one use the Dev CD 2.1 & StormC 4 on WinAUE to develop for the Amiga? I already got the Dev CD but haven't got around developing yet. Getting StormC 4 to get a GUI for GCC.

I use storm C v3. on UAE, I don't really see any problems with using v4.
But I could be wrong.

Sure u can. I do it all day long here @ work, but i also use the standalone gcc-compiler, when using precompiled libraries, like xml2 and such.

StormC4 works absolutely great on WinUAE.

The debugger is really useful, just print out the *.pdf document and read yourself through it first.

The only "problem" with stormC is that it's developed by Haage & Partner .. .
