Well guys i have made myself a linux box and now i`m running happy i just have one problem i have installed use and got it running but does anyone know how  to make it full screen when its running.

Standard UAE isn't as good as EUAE, you might try downloading that here (http://rcdrummond.net/uae/).  There is source code for all versions including Linux.
