Title: A4000 RBM zorro busboard... is it OK to use with GoldenGate486 ?

Hiya!
I was wondering (because I heared some probs with microninc zorro busboards for A4000) if the RBM Onboard 4000 ex (http://amigahardware.mariomisic.de/cgi-bin/showhardware_en.cgi?HARDID=1400) works OK with the GoldenGate 486slc card, and if the ISA slots are seen and used OK with it....
anyone ever used this combo?

Did not work with my Elbox 7-slot A4000 busboard.

That looks almost identical to my Eagle Tower's busboard, and no, the GoldenGate does not work in it. It won't even start up, it'll just give an error message.

on the 2nd paragraph it says it does not work with the rbm busboard right? the site is in German....

Update:

after receiving the rbm tower with the busboard, I confirm that the goldengate works 100% on the top 2 zorro-isa slots. (that is because on this busboard, only the first 4 zorro slots have DMA, like the original 4000 busboard)
so it works like normal, and u can use the remaining 3 zorro-isa slots for the ISA cards  :lol:  :lol:  :lol:

Though I dont have one, good that people test out hardware and comfirm if it works.  Makes it easier for the rest of us. :-)
