Title: No more Saxonscript... hello Turbo Print ?
Post by: on April 14, 2007, 05:26:24 AM
Hi everyone,
In the past I used Saxonscript to effectively replace a prohibitively expensive postscript printer.

Now, I can only find the buggy version of Saxonscript 1.0. Version 1.1 which fixed everything seems lost forever.

However, Turboprint seems to pretty much do everything Saxonscript did and even a lot more. I am considering buying it.

However, when visiting GGS-Data, the description for all softwares appear to be only in swedish and, even if sweish people are very nice, I don't intend to take courses anytime soon.

Does anybody know of that software? Anybody who might use it relatively frequently?

Thank you all.

I don't understand why you see a relationship between Turboprint and GGS-Data. They don't even list TP in their online shop.

The home of Turboprint is there: http://www.irseesoft.de/default.htm

Bye,
Thomas

Thanks for the link!

I cliked on the advertisement for GGS-Data on this web site (amiga.org) and found this: http://www.ggsdata.se/Program/en3.html
(see bottom of page)

TP is listed there...

Well, has anybody used Turbo Print ? Happy with it?

I have a huge collection of Adobe Type 1 fonts in PC format, will I be able to use these with Turbo Print?
