When I bough this A4K for a steal, it came with this old 1942 bi-sync from C=.
But the V-size control is broken, the knob is right in place, but produces nothing. Really frustrating as you never see the bottom and the top of the screen at the same time.
Now what's weird, is that when I bought it and booted it just to check, It was displaying the WB OK ! With top bar and bottom line ! I'm sure the guy used some trick off aminet, but I'm really wondering what...
Any info would be very cool, I did'nt realise it was bothering like that :-x
Update : I dismantled the thing, as I *want* to know what's wrong. Just waiting 4 the capacities to unload, and I'll hit it w/ a screwdriver :)

Name the worst nightlife in Eu? Got it.
I dunno... Weston-super-mare?

Ha ! You're the 1st to comment on that. Well, Paris is *not* what it was. Lots of damages were made. Now to party, I recommend any place else in Eu. Really.

There arent any controls inside of the monitor??

My monitor has a pretty annoying problem too... Got an Eizo T662-T, which seems to forget all settings when i turn it off or change resolution.... So everytime i turn it off/on i have to adjust the convergence, brightness, contrast, colors, image size/position :-x really annoying...
when i only change resolution then only contrast, brightness and image position/size is lost.. but still annoying.
I wonder if its some kind of battery that is dead, but i cannot find anything that looks like one.

Overscan does the trick with native amigascreens as far as I know. I thought it was part of the workbench from 3.0 onwards (prefs drawer). It will let you resize or move a screenmode to fit like you want it to fit.
Sincerely,
