Title: WANTED motorola/ibm 603ev or 603et 300Mhz CQFP

does anyone know where i can get the above processor needed for my projects. it must be CQFP.

any help would be nice. thanks.

You would need a hot air rework station to remove them but your probably going to need one to solder them on your board anyway.

PS: Yes I know they only go up to 200Mhz in the 603 (233Mhz in the 604 though) but hey its a lot of PPC's for $70. (£36)
a 68040, 601, 603 and 604e PPC's all in one auction, thats gotta be a "OMG RARE!!"

Also dont those 604e's look PGA to you?
