Hi Everyone.
I've been gone from the Amiga scene for a long time and I'm just getting back into it again. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the best web browser(s) are for the Amiga? I have tried IBrowser as well as AWeb. I tried to get a hold of something called Voyager but it seems that the site is a little messed up (no longer maintained?).
Anywho... I look forward to hearing your opinions.
Thanks.

latest ver. of ibrowse is the best right now voyager was abit unstable. might find a link to it on aminet, dont know if www.vapor.com still has it up. the last ver for it was v3.x
aweb opensource is good also aweb-apl i believe google it that is up to 3.5 ? i think have to check.

In my opinion the best is yet to come, but Sputnik is considered the best browser by me. :-D

Yeah, but isn't it slow on your MOS PUP system too? ;-)

Easy Ibrowse is the best atm, sputnik is good (promising) but only available on MOS now.
A good solution for me was to connect with remote desktop to my 2003 server in a 640*480 window on the workbench and browse with firefox set to fullscreen.
That way i also could browse modern pages from my Amiga :-D

Yes, you're right it's a bit slow on my A1200 but afaik it'll be faster that the warp speed ;) and can see at least what is written on most sites ;) using my classic Amiga. :-D
And on my Peg2 it's already fast ;) and it'll be much more faster.
Btw: Check www.ppa.pl from time to time 'cause there'll be some pictures from AmiParty which takes place today in Chełm, Poland. There are going to be a lot of surprises ;)

What is your system specs? If you have an 060 you may consiser running Netscape through a Mac emulator. That would probably be your best option at this time.

Yep, it's about as slow as Aweb MOS, Ibrowse 2.4 is lightning fast in MOS PUP :-)

Quite a few would work, but i would recommend Basilisk II (http://basilisk.cebix.net/). This is the bee's knees.

Do you know if Basilisk II will support CyberVision 64 ?
