Why didn't you make a .MOD/.MED for this?
-
The song wasn't made all on an Amiga, just the SAY parts. I don't know if I'd remember how to make a mod by now! Been a long time since I fooled around with Octamed. (nostalgia activate!)

Say is dammed fine!
I had a friend who, when drunk, urinated in a bank lobby while drawing cash from an ATM.
Needless to say his bank didn't have much trouble identifying him and withdrew his account sending him a curt letter and a cheque for the balance in his (closed) account.
Later that week, when he was drunk again, I phoned him up and held the phone next to my philips monitor. Armed with my A500 and Say I pretended to be his ATM, calling him up and giving him a peice of its mind about his behaviour. I heard him call his pals over in astonishment and could just imagine their jaws dropping.
Don't forget this was 1988 and he fell for this hook, line and sinker.
He used to tell that story about how his cash machine rang him up years later..... :-)

Were people dumber in the 80s?

What about the dasboot song? I always thought that it sounded very similar to say.

Radiohead are my favourite band of all time, I didn't know that "Say" was used on "OK Computer" which is one of the greatest of all time albums!

Count me another amiga/Radiohead fan who didn't know that... that's pretty cool.

@littleblakkitty:
LOL!!! Awesome! :)
@Colin_Camper:
AHAHAHAHAHAHA!! EVEN MORE AWESOME! Ahhh! Those were the days!

Ok ppl. Very fun till now. :-)
But nobody knows the "say" settings to make that very song reproduced on an original Amiga? :crazy:
-
There's no Say in Electioneering. The only songs on OK Computer which use that are Paranoid Android and Fitter Happier.
Hey, I wonder if Thom Yorke is a secret A.org user? Who could he be? :-)
