Do anyone have any pointers on how I can get this running?
Got:
A500 / Derringer 030/25 / A590 SCSI 3GIG / KS3.1 OS3.1
And I want to hook up this 2GB JAZ to it (and later my other Amigas), to make it easier to transfer files between the Amigas I've got.
Tried to search for Jaz / 68k on Aminet, but that didn't really help much? Got confused. Would be so much easier if someone who has used a similar setup could offer advice/instructions.

I think a Jaz drive acts just like a harddrive (just like any other removable drive, like a Bernouilli or the Syquest EZ). Make sure the SCSI chain is terminated on both ends, and that your Jaz drive has a unique SCSI ID.
The only thing you should do now is to prepare the drive in HDToolBox, and you can use it like any other harddrive.
It's been a long time since I used removables so if anyone can correct me on the above....

Jaz acts as a normal block device. You can use hdtoolbox to prep it for Amiga use, OR (and this is what I used my iomega drive for) use the discs as FAT with MountDos (http://aminet.net/disk/misc/MountDos12.lha) and fat95 (http://aminet.net/disk/misc/fat95.lha).
When you use the media as FAT formatted you can easily transfer files between different systems (PC, Mac).
