Title: IBrowse 2.4 (regged) 060 version?

I opted for the 68060 version of IBrowse 2.4 when I installed it. But the "about" page says that it's the 68020 version. Is there a more optimised version of the programme for a 68060?

No.  The IBrowse executable is 68020 only, and really does not benefit from any 68060 optimisations.

The installer will have installed the 68060 image decoders (codecs dir) and the 68060 javascript.library though, even though the about: page does not indicate this.
