Title: Player Manager - formatted disk
Post by: lordgriff on March 07, 2007, 04:26:21 PM
Hi there. Wondered if anyone could help.

I managed to download an emulator and the Player Manager game, but I require a formatted disk to be able to play it ?

Can anyone give me any hints or tips on how to find one ?

Thanks.

If you're playing it in an emulator (UAE?) then you need to create a blank ADF for the game.

I think I have done that, but I'm not sure the blank adf is formatted which is where the problem lies - I think !

Hi,

WinUAE creates blank formatted disk images, but it may be that the game requires some sort of custom save format...

In this case, a standard ADF file is not capable of storing the additional information and a custom ADF should be created instead.

For WinUAE, find the "Floppy Drives" configuration page, then click on the "Create Custom Disk" button, give it a filename, then "insert" it into the virtual Amiga's drive.
