Post by: amazing on March 04, 2007, 07:47:57 PM
ok i setted up my os 3.1 up new on a notebook disk of 20gig
i was having os 3.5 on 3.5 disk but makes a mess on my desk with all wires

so now i want to istall whdload again and then i press install it say's "unable to open your toolÍnstaller'"

i remember not having problems on os 3.5? is there a tool i need to install first?

Probably simple path problem.
Open up the icon for the install and choose the correct path to "installer" and "save".

Copy the file Installer from your WB Install disk to your harddisk's C drawer.

Hey I learned all this stuff the hard way too!

I never attended a meeting in Nijmegen but I once went to a meeting in Haarlem? (not sure where it was...)

That meeting was a BIG disappointment; only grannies with 4000s and nobody could answer any of my Amiga questions. I don't go to meetings anymore; I enjoy my Amiga at home;-).
