Hi
I guess I am being a bit thick here but I can`t find anyway to remove and replace the floppy drive from the A4000T. There appears to be two screws on the base which you can't get to without removing the whole cradle. You can't remove the cradle because there is no way to get at the screws. I can't remeove the front cover without getting to the bottom case screws and to do this I would need to take the motherboard out. I have really never seen such a crap way of attaching a floppy drive. Same goes for the CD units cus with the back being solid you can`t get at the bottom screws.
Hopefully there is an easy way.

Scuzz, you remove the whole cradle by squeezing the drive rail tabs towards the drive, then removing the whole lot through the front of the case.
In other words the bezel has to come off first.

Hi
When you say bezel do you mean the whole front like with the A3000T cus I can`t get this off. It is screwed in place and I can`t get to the bottom middle screw.. hidden by tray and motherboard... Or do you mean just the 5" bay cover with the shape of the floppy drive in it.

Duh !! What a dimmo ... Sorry about that. All done. Just worried about damaging the 4000T I guess. I saw those screws and thought thats how you get the front off. Anyway I have swapped them over.. Thanks.
I also cleaned the front of the fan .. So full of dust. All working fine. Maybe

Don't feel bad, when I first got my A4000T I also thought you had to unscrew those claw clasps to get the bezel off.
