How do I destroy the factory in the last phase of mission 11? (chill out iceman).

I have gotten the pad to flash red by standing a man on each of them, but nothing I try can destroy the factory!

You've got to divide your team into 3 and have them stand on the 3 red pads simultaneously to get the helicopter to fly down to you.  You can then fly onto the roof of the factory and use the gun on there to blow the doors.

I hope I've got the right level.
