Title: Amiga 1200 and HD!!!

Hallo to everybody!

I have bought a "new" Amiga 1200 and I am upgrading her!
Now she has kick 3.1, Blizzard 1230+copro/50 + 64 Mb...
I wanted obviously to add an HD and I found out an old 20 Gb from a PC laptop... :-)
I have OS3.1 (not a CD drive yet to use OS3.9 or OS3.5) and it sees the HD but does not recognize it!!! :madashell:
So I cannot install the OS on the HD... is it normal with such a big HD? :getmad:
I have been told it would be possible with a primary partition of no more than 4 Gb... for me would be more than enough... :-)
is this true? Or for example it's possible only with newer OS? :pissed:
