Title: Error opening PIP screen; not enough pens available
Post by: Flashlab on February 08, 2007, 05:48:39 PM
Since my reinstall of OS3.9 I get this error when opening any program that tries to open a PIP window on the workbench screen.

What could cause it?

Most likely P96 can't obtain pen for overlay colour key.

Something is eating all the pens?

I guess so! Problem is I have this error with a(n almost) clean install without graphic enhancements.

What software could eat the pens? Is it possible to detect that?

Update:

Installing IconBeFast fixed the problem. I guess it also locks the number of pens icons use!
