I went to his home today to deliver him a special Amiga.org certificate (10k posts), but he wasn't in:

I asked some of the local lads if they knew where he was and they gave me the address of a seedy bar called the Roll Tide. I didn't find him in there but his brand new motorcycle was parked outside:

So I ask, where is Karlos?
And where did he find the bucks to live so large?

When you can count past your total 22 fingers and toes (assuming you can differentiate them given the extensive webbing), you may jest...
It's probably a stretch, but you might also consider learning how to spell "programmer" whilst you are about it. Incidentally, it's "Software Developer" :-P

try Quinary (base-5), then you can count much higher, and you won't even have to take your shoe's off.

In quinary you still have 42(base5) fingers & toes exactly the same number you have in decimal, that number being 22(base10) :-P

Using quinary you can count ... in sequence ... to 55(b5) which is equal to 30(b10) :-P
Instructions:
(T y p e d s l o w l y s o y o u u n d e r s t a n d )
Your right hand represents digits 0-5 (5^0)
Your left hand each digit represents 5 units each (5^1)
For example: 34(b5)
3 raised fingers on left hand and 4 raised fingers right hand
3 raised fingers on left hand =3x5 =15(b10)
4 raised fingers on right hand =4x1 = 4(b10)
............................. the number is = 19(b10)!!!
Now, try counting in sequence ...

Save it. Any muslim that has ever made Zikr using only their fingers knows all about counting in sequence ;-)
You, on the other hand have spent several days trying to work it out, doubtless having to resort to using google and perhaps wikipedia, before posting :-P
try Quinary (base-5), then you can count much higher, and you won't even have to take your shoe's off.
You might also want to go back to said sources of information learn how to use the apostrophe correctly :-P
Hint: which item or items belonging to your shoes are you suggesting it would no longer be necessary to take off?
