Looks like the keyboard has been used to stir a vat of baked beans! :-o

I don't think the seller has heard of such things as keyboard covers lol
Still ... a bit of care and attention should bring that keyboard back :-)

Looking at that sampler almost makes me want to use my DSS8 again. Don't have any decent trackers on the system though.

Seriously, did a lot of people actually use those bridgeboards? I know a few weird people that used to use the CP/M stuff back in the day, but did people actually use a lot of x86 stuff on their Amigas?

Hi,
Dare I say it, but I used to sometimes use the extremely fast and efficient (cough!) software PC emulator known as the "Transformer" software on my 1Mb A500!
It was fine for running very basic ancient DOS stuff like text editors or early versions of dBase, but not much use for anything else!
And for a while, before I got my hands on DOS2DOS (remember that?!), it was the only way I had of editing stuff written out to FAT-formatted disks...

EDIT: I got a KCS PowerPC x86 board for the A500 last year, but haven't really done anything with it yet...

Looking at that Amiga it makes me realise how nice my A4000's really are. I think I would be daft to let them go (was thinking of selling them).
