Hi i ordered a case about 2 weeks ago I am in the UK and its taking ages for them to contact me. Has this happened to any of you guys or are they usually fast. Sorry I am really worried as i spend money on dream case and have not really spent that much on amiga before.
-
Maybe they shipped it surface? This could take 4~6 weeks. Or it's held up at customs; not unusual for shipments from the US?
-
I don't know about your particular situation, but I would trust this company - I know the people and they are completely honest. And they are in high demand and very busy.
Just keep trying to contact them and they will get back to you when they can.
-
I'm sure they will deliver in the end. I know they are very busy (non-Amiga sales unfortunately) so it doesn't hurt to remind them that you are still waiting.

@ssolie
That's a good idea. I should remind (again) Kurt that I've been waiting for the RAMA wheel mouse driver now for a year and a half. :-(

Jeez, that's really bad. I hope you receive it in the end, or at least your money back.
I almost decided to order one of their A1200 tower cases once, and now I'm glad that I didn't. On the other hand, they do look nice though. :)

Hi,
I've had problems with them too. First I ordered a RAMA
mouse adapter. They sent me a faulty one, so I had to
return it. After A couple of weeks they sent me a working
one. So far no problems. Six months later I ordered a RAKA
keyboard adapter. After 2 months they sent me a faulty
adapter again. After a couple of emails, they promised
to sent me a new one. After 3 months I still hadn't received a thing. After a lot of emails in which they were stating that they were busy, blah-blah-blah, they promised to sent me a new adapter + a RAMA mouse adapter for free. Well 8 months have past now and I still haven't received a thing and I finally gave up. Sad thing is I already paid for it. Each time I sent them an email, they said they were
busy and had some kind of excuse. It makes me kinda sad
that there are amiga-dealers out there, who treat their
customers this way. Well at least I know now to never do
business with them ever again. I place my bets on vesalia
and amigakit next time.
P.S. Forgot to mention they won't even respond to my emails
anymore.
Edit: The second adapter was again a faulty one, NOT
a non-working one. It was working, but not the way it should.

Lloyd

@MozzerFan
Well, my experience wasn't that bad. I got the items I paid for, and they work, aside from the extra mouse driver. Sorry to hear of the trouble. (BTW, you don't have a copy of that RAMA disk do you? :-))

Acutally I think the key with this company is waiting. I have had responce with them and they seem to be very nice. I spose not having amiga as your main products is the reason for waiting.
-
My personal opinion is to avoid them, I wouldn't spend money there.

Unfortunately the Amiga market is very small. Revanche LLC other non Amiga customers have big project's paying $20,000 and up so Amiga handmade items taking days of work for $5 to $50 profit take second place.
I will speak to him today.
I only wish there were Amiga motherboards available to sell.
I don't even see Amiga dealers listed on Amiga.com site anymore.

Russ
You can thank your best friends at Amiga inc for the current amiga situation. You have numbers. Call them and thank them.
@ thread
Kurt of Revanche LLC is an honest guy and what Russ is saying is accurate he is in the eletronic/video security biz and its quite busy as of late i'm sure.

{bleep}ty choice: either bad service or no service at all :(.

hate to say it but if they don't have the time , they should not take the money. I would not buy from them given what I am hearing.
