Does any body have a 2.0x ROM for A500 they no longer need? I picked up an Amiga 500 with 1.3 ROM and have a ROM switcher that I would like to install with 2.0x ROM.

Welcome,
If you have no luck, we have them new in stock:

These will work OK on A500.
Also 3.1 ROMs for the A500:

Thanks, will keep you in mind if I am unable to find anything. I have purchased 3.1 ROM's for my A1200 from you (about 1.5 years ago) and received them in a timely maner and worked great! Thank you!!! Well the A1200 is gone now and have an 4000T with 3.1 ROM's, so I will pass on the 3.1 for the A500. Wanted the A500 for older games that don't work with the A4000T.

I'm not sure, but I think I have a 2.0x ROM lying around that came from my A2000 (which works with an A500 as well). My A2000 currently has a 1.3/3.1 switch and I won't have any need for that 2.0x ROM.
Still, I'll have to check if I still have it.

"Wanted the A500 for older games that don't work with the A4000T."
IIRC, those old games could also be a problem for your planned 2.0x ROM upgrade. Introduction of 2.0x ROM is a giant leap in both GUI and optimization, compared with 1.3 ROM as former production ROM. Those benefits had sideffect of large fraction of game titles being unavailable without additional tampering (i.e. softkick).
AFAIK, Kickstart 1.3 (34.5) is the most compatible ROM for old games (OCS), with the exception of some very, very old games (pre-1986).
For that purpose, I would stick with 1.3
Take care

very true the 2.x ROMs have the worst compatibility with old software, surprisingly 3.1 was very compatible.

Thanks to all who have sent messages I have struck a deal with McVenco!
