What else can I say? Tomb Raider 6 is being delayed till God Knows When, Jedi Knight III is going to be sometime Autumn this year, what else is there to think about? :-)
I mean, I'm really bored here! I even thought about trying out Linux x86 again, I'M THAT BORED! I'm even playing Tomb Raider 3, AGAIN! And I'm stuck on TR3, so I'm EVEN MORE BORED!

Does anyone know of a reason why Slovenia first? Is it so that if they screw up first time, the least number of people will be there to see it? :-)

Oh c'mon, this just goes to show that
hyperion does have a real sharp sense of humour.
After that, its the cape horn of africa.
Then they'll release it, but only localized in the latin
language.
You know you might get a copy of OS 4 someday, but your gonna havvve to beg for it. C'mon jump, jump,
just a little higher....awwww you almost had it.

Or because there are a few users there (and in the other countries) who don't bitch all the time and put some effort into organising this in their country ?

Im a bit bored of waiting but at the moment games im playing on the pc are gta vice city and maffia .At the moment i have been using amibench i now have a non working a4000 tower not a desktop conversion i will be sending to analogic for repair this is the one machine i have always wanted and i did think of putting my a1200 into the case if all else fails .I have got an a4000 desktop motherboard with 030 working coming another thing from amibench i will build this back into a case stardard or tower and i have got an 060 for an a4000 coming over half the price these things go on ebay the 060 is for the tower when it is repaired and these will replace some of my collection .The amigas i will be getting rid of will be a cd32 that has trouble spinning disc 2 a 500,s one was put together from bare motherboard the other is a much better machine which came out o a skip and now has 4m memory in trapdoor and 8 meg in the external roctec hard drive have not tried booting with all this memory 12meg total is more than a i think it will work with .plus 2 a1200,s and an a600 i had out of a car in a scrapyard ,when my amigaone comes and os4 gets here i might sell my ppc a1200 tower then again i might not.playing with all this old stuff keeps me busy .and takes my mind off of the amigaone and what it has cost i could have used the money for a cheap car . :-o i also have an a1000 will keep this and my cdtv.

Maybe that is a hint..Kickflash OS4 will be ready in the summer and released intime for OS4... so we should see OS4 in the summer? when exactly is summer... 3 or so months right?

It's summer now dependent on where you live
1st day of spring is 21st March
Spring = Mar/Apr/May
Summer = Jun/July/Aug
Autumn = Sep/Oct/Nov
Winter = Dec/Jan/Feb

It's unwarranted to make general degrading jokes about
Slovenia. People from that country might get offended, and
for what? Your petty point-scoring?
Why Slovenia? Because a user-group/company from
Slovenia was quickest in providing a venue and setting up
the on-site formalities, perhaps? Just my guess.
People should really have better things to do than bitch
about the venue (I've seen this kind of childish comments
over on ANN as well, as if the demonstration would be less
worth just because it happens to be in Ljubljana). Plenty of
coders and Amiga enthusiasts used to come from over
there. Why are they any less worthy of getting the first
stop than anyone else? Obviously the interest is still there,
so what is the problem? (As a side note - my guess is that
the only reason noone has booked a UK venue yet is
because no user-group has been interested in hosting the
tour - am I wrong? At any rate, they have for sure been a
lot slower than the Slovenians...) Thus, hats off for the
Slovenians
- and the other local enthusiasts in other countries soon to
follow of course. Sweden being one of them.

Why Slovenia? Why Ljubljana?
Look at a map... find Udine in Italy where Cloanto is located and where one of the other shows is held - look how far away it is to Ljubljana? Two hours on the train - tops, and most of that time will probably be spendt on the border crossing :-)
Anyways, Slovenia is a nice country to visit, Ljubljana is indeed a nice town, really likeable :-D
For anyone living in south central europe, most of the OS4 tour shows are just a few hours with the train away.

I got past the point I was stuck on Tomb Raider 3, so that helps :-)
