Title: Anybody remember Tech Exchange?
Post by: theformula on January 14, 2007, 01:36:47 PM
I used to go to this amazing amiga shop based on Forest Road East, Nottingham Multimap (http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi?client=public&X=456750&Y=341000&width=700&height=400&gride=457326&gridn=341577&srec=0&coordsys=gb&db=pc&addr1=&addr2=&addr3=&pc=NG35AL&advanced=&local=&localinfosel=&kw=&inmap=&table=&ovtype=&keepicon=true&zm=0&scale=5000&multimap.x=310&multimap.y=163).
They were amazing but they shut down about 4-5 years ago. It was basically a tiny shop rammed to the roof with miggys, apps, games and everything you wanted amiga wise. It was allways full of great funny guys who had a true passion for the amigas. It was my number 1 place for years I spent time there rummaging tru thousands of disks. The owned was called Drew.

Any way I dunno If this is the correct section to post (i thought amiga dealers) any way If anydoby has any info on it or have similar storys of places they loved please post. Thanks Rav  :-)

I didn't know that one existed, but then between 1993 and 2000 I was living in Kent working on that underwater train that goes to France, so the shop I found was in Canterbury. Thats closed too
