Title: Australian Commodore Review - First Issue coverscan
Post by: tasmanian on January 07, 2007, 10:25:42 AM
Hi,

I thought some Aussie's would appreciate this.

Go to www.retrogameplay.com go to the forums
then under C64 classics there is a thread on the Australian Commodore Review.
In there is a cover scan of the very first issue of this Australian Commodore magazine.

A trip down memory lane for us Aussie's.

Oi Oi Oi

Cheers

I've never seen issue 1 before. Used to buy this magazine every issue, up until it changed into the multimedia mag.

Occasionally when flicking through my magazine pile I come up against issue 2 of ACAR. Unfortunately over the years, I've gotten rid of all the other issues. Was a good mag in it's time - hi Owen! (c64 section editor)...

That was one brilliant magazine.  Total Amiga reminds me of it but it probably existed in more vibrant days and was lucky to have a lot more material to work with, till the end.

Thanks for the link.
