for me its pretty simple...
I want first to see a Zsnes or other good SNES emulator, then second I want to see 'giants citizen kabuto' ported... it is ... in my opinon... the best PC game in years... awesome plot/graphics and multiplayer(albeit unbalanced at times).. what do you people think?
-
Emulators or nice, and so are ports. However, I would like to see some nice original games. :-)
Hmm... Although, a port of FF7 would be cool!
-
Counter-strike :-(
(yeah I know... fat chance).
-
Hoya!
@legion
Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't there a Linux version of CS?
I guess it could be run in this case...
Anyway, and apart from this one, WHO, apart from peecee heads disguised as Amigans, needs ports from peecee games at all? Amiga is, and has always been, all about originality, so gimme original firsts!!!
Be funky

Any decent football game EG: FIFA
MAT HOFFMAN / DAVE MIRRA BMX
MAFIA / GTA VICE CITY
-
Some decent racing game. F1, GT, rally... not too arcade.
Maybe some Digital Illusion's game, because they have strong background in Amiga ;)
-
The Half Life 2 engine seems VERY capable, would really like to see that one licensed and turned into something like rainbow 6.

A port of FF7 would rock....
I actually run a newFF7 group on yahoo
it is dedicated to the remake of ff7 that was
in the works... that has been put on hold though
as square considers doing a sequle(sp) to FF7...
FFVII-2 if you like THAT would be a GOOD port :-D :-D :-D
so would BattleField 1942!! with the desert combat mod of course!! :-D
originals..... I want AB3D III !!! :-o :-o :-o
-
Counter-Strike is ofcourse essential, add to that StarCraft and AvP2 and the fun would last forever.
-
Hei, The ZSnes emulator is availible for Amiga 68K, try to search in internet ;-)
-
I would love to see Master Of Orion 2, Wing Commander II, Civilization III, and Diablo. Even an 040 system with a Scan Doubler/FF should be able to run any of these admirably but with PPC they should rock. Just my 2 centavos. :-D

My top 5 wanted games for OS4/MOS
1. Alpha Centauri
2. Alpha Centauri
3. Alpha Centauri
4. Alpha Centauri
5. Alpha Centauri Alien Crossfire Addon
-
Emulator ports are very important.
After that MOS/OS4 needs original games. Payback was a perfect example of how a 'Amiga' game can be better than the original(at least at the time). Now with new hardware and OS being available in volume for sure this year, a really killer original game can has great potential.
-
Black & White, and Black & White 2 (made by ex-amigan I belive)
in general I\d like to see new games on it...
Battlefield 1942 (made by ex-amigans too) would be okay too...
and role-playing games in abundancy...
give me B&B 2 and I will buy the A1 for sure

The day Hell freezes over, GTA 3 and Vice City will be great additions to the Amiga games selection. Until then, just about any decent flight sim would be my first choice. Also, something along the lines of sprucing up the old Indianapolis 500 engine with up-to-date graphics would also flip my switch.
-
Front Mission III and/or a decent PSX emulator.
-
Weeeeeeeee!
I WANT to see:
-Sea Dogs 2
-NEO GEO emulator(neo rage)
-Ninteno GB GBA SNES GQ emulators
-PSX emulator (for my selection of RPGs)
-Microwave owen emulator :-D
-Oh No more emulators! :-D
I'm wicked emulator man!
Special request: Fighters Conflict 200X
(actually new game combined of Shadow Fighter, Body Blows and Fighti'n Spirit - amiga classics!)
-
Version of Earth2140 with AHI support would be cool...
Current version doesn't work on MorphOS (on Pegasos) becouse it uses audio.device...
However, current version works fine on MorphOS running on my BPPC.
Anyway, I've heard, there's AHI version in development, but seeing that public, and running smoothly on my Pegasos... Well THAT would be something :-)
There's been conversations about that on Pagan-E2140 mailing list (yahoogroups)
-
We must remind you that Mechwarrior2 and UT+UT2003 also are essential in a games collection.
-
some of the Maxis games are essential! SimCity 4, The SIMs
plus a whole bunch of RTS's like Age of Empires - games like that
and also some really 3D intensive game - just to benchmark new machines and compare them (i find most FPP games boring)
-
The SNES emulator for "Metal Marines", and a
solid N64 emulator for "Perfect Dark" and
"Tetrisphere". Aside from that a slick jet
sim would be pretty nice (although probably
not an ideal first choice).
-
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night - from PS1
Baldurs Gate I, II
Ultima series, re-work older ones??
Wizardry series
Seaman - from Sega Saturn ( I heard it's freaky)
AmigaOne! Something will come along to make them jealous!
-
Lets face it we need as many games as we can, ported or not. Unfortunatly thats the fastest way to get some. Theres more holes in the Amiga games market than a whole truck of Swiss cheese.
If you lot haven`t forgotten I`ll say->I want a Flight sim! A good complicated one. Good physics etc. REALISTISM PLEASE!.......
Other things would be a damn good racing sim. Not arcade style. I don`t mean some stupid racing game. I would like to see something to get me away from wanting GT4.
These are both very difficult right now. Getting what we want for the Amiga is going to take time. I`m sure we`d all like to see konami drop supporting consoles only and move to the Amiga only, but that isn`t going to happen, well not now at least :-D
We need a good range of good games, if we`re to pursuade the game freaks away from such mundain games Counter Strike. I`ve been designing many killer games. I`d love to make those in the future and for the Amiga only. If we all pull together I`m sure we can do something with this platform.

Adventure and RPG games... like Syberia, Post Mortem, Longest Journey and action games like Splinter Cell and Metal Gear Solid 2.... Is that enough?
-
>Games you would like to see ported to AOS4/MOS
Game: Epic Game’s “Unreal Tournament 2003”.
Reasons:
1. A software render driver is available for it (i.e. think of Core’s 3D card emulator for Tome Raider 3).
2. Buyers have the incentive to buy 1+Ghz CPU.
3. At least the AmigaOS based system can participate in the local weekend fraging.
Minimum Spec (software render): 1Ghz CPU,
Recommended Spec (software render): 2Ghz CPU, it’s quite nice.
