Post by: Bloy2007 on December 22, 2006, 12:10:04 AM
Where can the DoLace utility for inlacing the 500 or 2000 be found??
I've searched all over and can't find a source.

Thanks In advance,

Are you sure you don't mean sys:tools/lacer ?

It COULD be the same thing... But I have a SuperGen version 1.2 and it says that DoLace must be run for amiga500 and 2000. I don't have the disk that came with the SuperGen and DoLace is on that disk.

Lacer forces any classic Amiga into interlace mode when it's first run and back out of interlace mode the second time it's run.

It might do the job of DoLace for you.  Genlocks require interlaced signals to be overlayed with an interlaced signal and that's why Amiga included it with the operating system version 2 or better IIRC.

Ah!.. that's why I never bothered with DoLace.
I always kept up with OS upgrades and had 2 before the Genlock.

Thanks Much!!!   It's been a while since I used any Amiga.

Remember the "rejuvenator"?
